1. How much is shipping? Shipping is free for orders of $150 or more in the contiguous U.S. Shipping is only $4.99 for orders in the contiguous U.S. that are less than $150. If you choose $4.99 shipping, your order will either ship USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground, whichever is least expensive. Other shipping options are also available.

Shipping is free for case quantities of Bibles in the contiguous U.S. Contact us for shipping charges on orders outside of the contiguous U.S.

2. When will my order arrive? Most orders in the contiguous U.S. take between one to three weeks to arrive depending on availability and proximity. Shipping takes longer for areas other than the contiguous U.S., depending on the location. If an item will take longer than three weeks to arrive we will let you know. If your order has not arrived within three weeks please wait a few days before emailing or calling us. We ship many of our packages via U.S.P.S. to keep our prices low. U.S.P.S. is not always 100% accurate with their delivery dates but it will get there. Please allow enough time for your order to arrive as christianstuff.biz is not liable for late packages.

3. What if I need something fast? Rush shipping is available for an extra charge. If you need something fast, call us for assistance.

4. What's your return policy? We accept returns on almost everything on our website. We do not, however, accept returns on special orders not listed on our website, and customized or personalized items, unless received defective. Altarware and solid brass, silverplate, copper, chrome, and bio-khrome items from Artistic Churchware are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Ship returns to: christianstuff.biz, in c/o New Life Book & Gift Shoppe, 69 S. Transit St., Lockport, NY 14094. Please include a copy of your order or the order # in the box. A return authorization is not neccessary. Do not return products COD. COD returns will not be accepted. Once we receive your return in new, saleable condition with all original tags, shrinkwrap, boxes, etc. in place we will credit your credit card for the purchase price of the item. As a service to our customers we offer free shipping on case quantities of bibles and orders of $150 or more and the option of $4.99 flat rate shipping. When you pay only $4.99 or receive free shipping, christianstuff.biz actually pays much more than this in most cases. Because of this we must deduct the actual shipping charges from your refund if the actual shipping charges are more than what you paid. If an item arrives to you defective or damaged return the product to us within 30 days and we will send you a replacement. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns for Vacation Bible School and Quarterly Sunday School Curriculum have unique return policies that depend on the individual publisher. You may return 100% of your Gospel Light Sunday School curriculum order if it is received in our warehouse by the following dates: Fall Curriculum-September 15th; Winter-December 15th; Spring-March 15th; and Summer-June 15th. Also, you may return up to 10% of the dollar amount of Gospel Light Sunday School Curriculum minus your early returns if received in our warehouse by the following dates: Winter Quarter-February 1st; Spring Quarter-May 1st; Summer Quarter-August 1st; Fall Quarter-November 1st. You may return 100% of your Group Publishing brands Publishing Sunday School curriculum order if it is received in our warehouse by the following dates: Fall Curriculum-September 15th; Winter-December 15th; Spring-March 15th; and Summer-June 15th. Also, you may return up to 10% of the dollar amount of Group Publishing's Sunday School Curriculum minus your early returns if received in our warehouse by the following dates: Winter Quarter-February 8th; Spring Quarter-May 8th; Summer Quarter-August 8th; Fall Quarter-November 8th. You may return up to 20% of the dollar amount of David C. Cook brands Sunday School Curriculum. Returns must be received in our warehouse by the following dates: Winter Quarter-January 25th; Spring Quarter-April 25th; Summer Quarter-July 25th; Fall Quarter-October 25th. You may return up to 15% of the dollar amount of Regular Baptist Press Sunday School Curriculum. Returns must be received in our warehouse by the following dates: Winter Quarter-February 8th; Spring Quarter-May 8th; Summer Quarter-August 8th; Fall Quarter-November 8th. You may return up to 15% of the dollar amount of Standard Publishing's Sunday School Curriculum. Returns must be received in our warehouse by the following dates: Winter Quarter-February 1st; Spring Quarter-May 1st; Summer Quarter-August 1st; Fall Quarter-November 1st. 5. Can I order something I don't see in the catalog? Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it. We have literally over one million items available to order including books, music, church supplies, gifts, and more. Just call or email us with your request.

6. How does the lowest price guarantee work? At www.christianstuff.biz we carefully research other web sites so we know what the lowest prices are so we can beat them. We guarantee that your complete order will be lower with www.christianstuff.biz than with any other web site. If you find that your complete order of identical merchandise is lower on another web site and is available and in stock from that website at the time of ordering let us know and we will match the price. Prices must be available to the general public. Include shipping & handling charges. Standard Publishing's Heartshaper Quarterly Sunday School Curriculum is not included in our lowest prices guarantee.

7. Can I cancel an order that I placed? Yes. If you call us immediately we may be able to catch the order before it is processed. Once the order has shipped, however, you will have to return the package back to us and it will be handled as a return. See #4 above for our return policy.

8. How do I not pay sales tax on my order? We are not required to collect sales tax from you if you are outside of New York State and no sales tax will be added to your order. If you are in NY and you have a tax exempt certificate, please type your tax exempt # in the comments/special instructions section of the checkout process and immediately after placing your order, fax or email us your tax exempt certificate. If you have sent us a tax exempt certificate in the past, you do not have to send it again unless the church name, address, or exempt number have changed. 9. How do I change what's in my shopping cart? Click "Basket Contents" on the blue bar on the top of the page. Once you do this you will be able to remove or change quantities of anything in your shopping cart. To remove an item click the gray "remove" box to the left of the product code. To change quantities, type in the quantity you want in the box to the right of the product name, then click "update."

10. Can you bill my church or can I put an order "on account?" At this time we are unable to bill you or put orders on account. If you do not want to pay by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or PayPal you may mail your order with a church check. We do not accept personal checks. Make checks out to "New Life Book & Gift Shoppe" and mail to 69 S. Transit St., Lockport, NY 14094. If you are unsure as to what the total cost of your order is, notify us and we will be glad to help you.

11. Can you mail a catalog to me? At this time we do not have paper catalogs. This keeps our costs low so we can pass the savings on to you.

12. What do I do if there is something wrong with my order? If there is a problem with your order you must notify us within 2 weeks of delivery. If a product is damaged, an item is missing, or we made some other mistake with your order, email us at service@christianstuff.biz and we'll take care of it for you.

13. What quarter of Sunday School Curriculum is shipping now? If you order Sunday School Curriculum between October 1st and December 31st you will receive Winter Curriculum. If you order between January 1st and March 31st you will receive Spring Curriculum. If you order between April 1st and June 30th you will receive Summer Curriculum. If you order between July 1st and September 30th you will receive Fall Curriculum. Quarters run through the following dates: Fall begins the first Sunday in September and ends the last Sunday in November, Winter begins the first Sunday in December and ends on the last Sunday in February, Spring begins on the first Sunday in March and ends on the last Sunday in May, Fall begins on the first Sunday in June and ends on the last Sunday in August.

14. Information about paying with a check. We only accept checks from churches or official ministries. We also accept money orders. We do not accept personal checks. If your church would like to pay by check or money order, please choose the "Check" option during the checkout process.
